I'm not sure how BRF found out about what I thought was privatenews from a neighboring district, but I'm sure they have their ways. If the district wanted to keep it under the radar, maybe they should have alerted more than the district delegates, so it wouldn't be a surprise to us when it came out on a blog instead of from the district.
